Clear and Clearer Review of the Clearer list managing app for WP7

Clear and Clearer Review of the Clearer list managing app for WP7

In addition to my last "search of alternatives to the iOS-apps for WP7" story.
Two weeks ago Ive installed "Clear" list-manager for my wifes iPhone. I fell in love with its well-designed and intuitive UI and felt short of an app like that on my WP7 phone.

You can imagine my surprise when Ive accidentally found even more clear app for list management on WP7 devices with an appropriate "Clearer" name, and fully copied design and UI mechanics from the original iOS app. Read more for review...

Application copies its noble brother in everything, including gestures, even including ones that are absolutely useless in WP7. For example, pinching your fingers takes you from the contents of selected list to the screen where all your lists are. iPhone needed this gesture, it just doesnt have a hardware "Back" button, but any WP7 smartphone has one, and youll never pinch your fingers instead of just tapping "Back" button. But, this is the only negative thing about this app Ive found.

Starting the app takes you to the list screen. Push any of them down, and youll create new list.

Pinching out in the middle of list creates a new one between the items you already had. Free demo-version is limited to have only one list and will remind you about that on every application close.

You can move items to the right to mark them as "Complete",  and to the left to delete it. You can change the colour of every list you have and even choose the background image for them. "Clearer" shows all your unempty lists names and items count on its Live Tile.

I highly recommend "Clearer" for everyday use.
